FYI, we are in the process of developing “Craft Service Extreme”. Although we do have many great Dinner options most companies prefer to “hit the road”.  However you will  find that all great/good restaurants are 45 minutes away and usually closed by the time you get there.  Craft Service Extreme solves the problem with a selection of hardier items served fresh during late afternoon. Don’t be surprised to see Filipino lumpia, mini corn dogs, quesadillas served with our smoked peach salsa, home made sliders etc.

To make true gourmet food takes time, but it is time well spent.

You have probably noticed that when people have a great meal, they are happy.

Crew’s and Clients work the same way.

When we hear “this is the best food I have ever had” we know that crew member will work harder to live up to the same standard. Your Clients will feel good and appreciate everything else you are doing for them.

When possible everything is cooked from scratch.

When you see “Smoked” we smoke the meat with apple, cherry or oak depending on the meat. Lox is usually “Rimmad Lax” a Swedish way of making lox, it has less salt (a curing agent) and is a lot better than store bought lox. Of Course when we cure the salmon, we make one compromise, the traditional recipe calls for the Salmon to be buried in the ground,                                       we put it in the fridge to cure, blame the health department.                          


As an example, the Client loved Italian food so Carol created this lunch.

Italian Salad, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Olives, Peppers, Onion, with  Garbanzo Beans on the Side  and Homemade Italian Dressing or Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing

Lasagna made with Homemade Meat Sauce, Fresh Herbs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Romano and Parmesan Cheeses

Bow Tie Pasta with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Capers and Fresh Basil & Parsley

Fresh Baked Rosemary Bread with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Our Signature Crisp Crêpe Cookies

When it comes to pasta, if there is time, we prefer to make our own. Just like home made bread , pasta is better freshly made and of course it is boiled on set just prior to serving.

The Crisp Crêpe Cookies are also home made from our exclusive recipe.
